Thank you for shopping with Clearhaven. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and we're here to help if something isn't right.

How Digital Delivery Works

Our guides are delivered instantly and become available immediately after purchase. Because of this, all sales are generally final. Unlike physical products, digital downloads cannot be returned once they have been accessed or downloaded.

If something didn't go as expected, please reach out to us within 3 days at contact@clearhavenguides.com.

Every request is reviewed individually, and we'll always take the time to understand what happened. Our goal is to find a fair solution whenever possible, whether that's troubleshooting an issue, providing additional assistance, or, when appropriate, issuing a refund.

While contacting us within the 3-day window doesn't automatically qualify a purchase for a refund, we'll carefully review your situation and do our best to make things right.

Refunds may be considered for:

  • Being charged more than once for the same order.

  • Accidentally purchasing the same guide more than once.

  • A technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, and we're unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Other exceptional circumstances, reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds generally won't be issued for:

  • Changing your mind after purchase.

  • Purchasing a different guide than intended.

  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing.

  • Device or software compatibility issues outside the supported requirements.

  • Requests submitted after the 3-day review period.
